It is a very thorough exposure of bad conditions in the global food industry. I know that many agricultural labourers world wide are exploited-but since we all have to eat, this ought not to be so. Thankfully, I am my own boss, I chose to plant this orchard, and although growing apples can be tough work, I enjoy it as a break from the mental and emotional pain of my office based job.
